The Deans Master Class is a monthly informal gathering that provides space for University Park deans to learn with and from one another through trust-based peer consultation. Sessions highlight university-wide resources, services, and leadership strategies and often include presentations by administrative units or campus leaders. With a “critical friends” approach, deans engage in candid discussion and offer constructive insights to help one another navigate complex challenges. The series fosters strategic collaboration, institutional knowledge-sharing, and a deeper sense of community among Penn State’s academic leaders.
