This endorsement prepares faculty for implementing the principles and practices of blended/hybrid learning, which include pedagogical foundations, instructional design, and assessment methods that ensure alignment with course goals and objectives. Throughout the program, faculty will be guided in crafting tailored modules that foster active learning, student engagement, and collaboration in a blended/hybrid learning environment.
